I will offer coaching services and there will also be contributions from the group whether you share of your relationships challenges with your family or partner, difficulties in helping your teens hen you see them slip in school work, the "expectation" of being a superman and balancing that with the demands at work, etc.

You can share whatever you want, ask any questions you have about anything. We will set aside half an hour, and you can share of whatever is going on in your life; the obstacles you are currently facing and what support you need.
